Rockford Divorce Lawyer – I Understand What is At Stake
The breakup of any marriage is difficult. My role is to take on the burden of helping clients resolve property division, custody, parenting plans, spousal support, and related matters so that they can focus on moving forward with their lives.
At the outset of a divorce, I work with clients to identify the matters that need to be resolved, and to develop a strategic plan focused on seeking the outcome that is best for them based upon their priorities. It’s important that such plan take into account the facts and circumstances of their case, as well as Illinois divorce law.
Once these objectives have been identified, I work tenaciously toward seeking to accomplish these objectives through creative problem solving, negotiation, mediation, and (if necessary), trial.
Affordable Fees. Dedicated Representation. Credit Cards Accepted.
