Illinois Divorce Documents

When clients are going through a divorce, they are often under the impression that there is only one divorce document – the final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage.  In reality, while the Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage is the official document which terminates a marriage, there are other documents that must be filed prior to obtaining the Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage.
